Standard in-stock doors ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders, including specific finishes or non-standard sizes, typically take 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and quality inspection before shipping.
Do your doors come pre-hung or as a slab?
We offer both options. A 'slab' is just the door itself, while a 'pre-hung' door comes mounted into a frame with hinges already attached, making installation significantly easier for most homeowners.
What happens if my door arrives damaged during transit?
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If you notice any structural damage, note it on the driver's delivery receipt and contact our support team within 48 hours to initiate a free replacement.
Are your exterior doors energy efficient?

What is your return policy for doors?
