We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new doors don't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for all standard-sized products in their original condition. Please note that custom-cut or pre-hung doors may be subject to specific restocking fees or limited eligibility.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack for Transit
Carefully repack the door in its original protective packaging and crating to prevent structural damage or scratches during the return shipment.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to pick up the oversized items directly from your curbside or loading dock.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the door for quality and hardware completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
